Amir H. Afsar is an experienced litigator, arbitrator and mediator who has spent his entire career resolving contested disputes. As an effective solo practitioner, Mr. Afsar has successfully represented small businesses, individuals, contractors, buyers, sellers, brokers/agents and a wide variety of businesses and business owners in transactional, administrative, and litigation matters. With significant “hands-on” experience, Mr. Afsar is uniquely qualified to advise parties on the pros and cons of litigation while also promoting settlement by creating inventive avenues of resolution.

Not a mere neutral, Mr. Afsar is an advocate for settlement. In addition to his formal academic training, Mr. Afsar has fulfilled the requirements of the Dispute Resolution and Mediation Course of Riverside County and is an active panel member of the First Friday Settlement Conference Program operated by the Riverside County Superior Court, Palm Springs Courthouse. He is also a member of the California Association of Realtors Mediation Panel and a Fee Dispute Arbitrator for the Desert Bar Association. With a strong track record in a wide array of contested matters, Mr. Afsar is committed to resolving disputes.
